Even though its been two years later a pandemic cannot stop our mission work in the Dominican Republic. While our work continued with those who partnered with us in the Dominican Republic, this is the first time we have returned on the ground to help those in need.
In July we returned to help those in the Sugarcane fields outside Higuey, Dominican Republic. We collected food for distribution, we surveyed and visited those in the village of Cajuel and we visited families in Fusa in order to help them with basic food needs for their family.
Much of this mission was a reset in order to assess the needs of local churches in communities we have helped in the past. In addition we have been challenged and are praying how the Lord wants us to help with new projects in these communities. We will be reporting specifically on these projects in posts to follow.
May the Lord richly bless you and we pray for His increase in helping those in need for His glory!
